Follow these simple steps to achieve the perfect bold lip:

1. Begin with a clean, moistened lip. Exfoliate any dry or flaky skin on your lips with a lip scrub.
2. Apply a lip liner in a complementary color to your chosen lip color. Begin by outlining and filling in the lips with the liner. This will form a base that will aid in the retention of your lip color.
3. Using a lip brush, apply the lipstick to the lips, beginning in the center and working your way outwards. Fill in any gaps or areas where the lip liner missed.
4. Blot the lips with a tissue and use the lip brush to apply a second coat of lipstick. This will ensure that your bright lip color lasts throughout the day.

5. Finally, using a small concealer brush and concealer, clean up any mistakes or smudges.
