Didn’t work out for you? No worries! Returns will be honored within 30 days from ship date. Please email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping & shipping charges will only be reimbursed for shipment errors or defective goods. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials. Damaged or used products will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to the sender. Missing and damaged components/packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping and return charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
We will NOT be responsible and will NOT issue refunds for the following:
1. Incorrect shipping address/ recipient information entered by the customer. Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, notify us IMMEDIATELY within 24 hrs.
2. Risks associated such as Lost or Stolen Packages.
3. If your package is "Delivered," but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office. We will not resend for "delivered" packages.
In the case of Failed Delivery, refunds may be issued if the package(s) is returned to us by the Carrier.
Tradeshow Purchase Returns
Returns from Tradeshows will be honored if the purchase was made with a receipt. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email customer care immediately at email@example.com. Please note that some orders may be too far along the shipping process, and it may not be possible to cancel your order. We do not offer exchanges.
